Dual-Purpose Catch and Eject Arm Replaced two separate mechanisms with a single extending pneumatic arm, from concept through a validated prototype. → Instrumented Test Rig and Reporting Application Built the sensing hardware and the desktop software to characterize the arm, replacing a manual measure-and-spreadsheet workflow. → Optimized Cam Motion Profile Redesigned a scan head's drive cam as an optimized polynomial profile, removing vibration and letting the arm run at the actuator's limit. → Handheld Laser Scanner Prototype Took a new handheld product from breadboard to a working prototype — optics, firmware, enclosure and all. →
